How do I become a wholesale member?
Complete our Wholesale Application on the left side of the website and someone from The Parisian Hostess Family will be in touch with you about your wholesale membership status.
What is your minimum reorder?
Minimum of 6 units and $200 worth of product to be purchased.
How are refunds handled?
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send a replacement item immediately.
Is every product in The Parisian Hostess line available for wholesale?
Although the majority of The Parisian Hostess line is available for wholesale, we do have a few items that are not. Everything listed under “Wholesale” on our Shop Section of the website is available for wholesale purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal Express Checkout, Shopify Payments, Amazon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our shipping carrier is USPS.
What are your payment terms?
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
What happens if one of my items is on backorder?
In the unlikely event that an item is on backorder, we will ship the rest of your order immediately and fill the backordered item as soon as it is in stock.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping chargers are determined based by weight and zone and are automatically calculated by our system at checkout.
Do wholesalers qualify for free shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping at this time. BUT because we want everyone to have the option to choose all natural over chemically-infused products, we have competitively priced our product line with the intention of making our products as accessible as possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will be sent an email with your tracking information.
