Zesty Lemon Mango Smoothie Bowl Recipe!

So I think I have turned into a work-o-holic because I find myself going through fast food drive thrus for lunch and dinner ( because I don't have time to cook) and sit on the couch with my computer in my lap coming up with new ideas for products and designs. I haven't been feeling really well,( tired and my tummy bothering me), I teach good health and I haven't been taking my own advice!

Last week was the final straw and I started to make a change in my life. I joined the Yoga Barre and have gone to a couple Yoga and Barre classes and I plan on going twice a week. I have been eating lots of yummy salads and now am adding Smoothie Bowls into my diet. 

Now I am a foodie, I LOOOOOOOOOVE food! I NEVER order salads on a menu or have a craving in the middle of the day for a SALAD.....I mean... really......who does?!

I ended up seeing a couple of amazing looking salads that actually looked like they would fill me up and so I started to have at least one a day. Lets be real, I do still make Belgium waffles once in awhile for breakfast, love my bacon and sometimes Nachos from Taco Bell, but adding at least 1-2 good meals into my diet has changed the way I physically feel and think, plus I have lost a few pounds in the past week!

So Smoothie Bowls are my newest addition to my diet and this recipe was soooooooooo Yummy I felt like I was having dessert and I felt FULL after this! Here is my recipe for the

Zesty Lemon Mango Smoothie Bowl:

3/4 cup of Coconut yogurt Plain 

1/2 cup frozen Mango

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

2 drops of The Parisian Hostess Lemon Essential Oil

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour Blend in a bowl

3. Top with sliced Bananas, Raspberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Organic Granola (I bought mine at Fresh Market), Shredded toasted Coconut

4. Add a Spoon and Enjoy!
